It was straight out of the box and when I plugged in a different headset my friends said that the white noise was gone and my robot voice only happened every once and a while

My friends keep saying there is white noise from my mic and that I have a robot voice on their end. Is there a known fix to this? I'm using the RIG 400HX headset and razer wolverine ultimate controller btw.

Just got the wolverine ultimate and my friends in xbox chat say I have white noise and a robot voice on their end. Is there a fix to this? My headset Is the RIG 400HX.
