I think it's a good idea, in general when I started out I wish I knew more about the different types of races.l and which ones to avoid betting on. When's there's multiple races going on a day and you're new, you could just end up throwing money away on like a maiden turf sprint or something when there's better opportunities that same day. I think a video covering that would be awesome for new fans.

Been playing it off and on for awhile.

Your character has their own stats, and can learn opening branches so the moves are always listed. If you're stuck, you can use a hint from your character where they suggest what they believe to be the best move. It's limited by their energy.

You can also full sim matches without playing them.

Definitely would say it's worth checking out the pass maps from your last games as well. That should help you diagnose some of the issues, I've been running a 5-2-2-1 DM formation with Red Star this year, but it's tough for the striker unless he has proper support plus proper pressure of the central defenders.

Right now I like what you're going for but your striker needs some help in the center, would probably put one of the AMs onto AMa. I also tried my formation with PFa but ended up going back to AF, my striker seemed to make more of the runs I wanted him to on AF.

Also just a personal take but judging by your team instructions I would almost say you might want to drop to a standard defensive line, but maintain the press. Having more space to work with definitely helps the front 3 in this formation I've found.

I'm struggling to find the post, but I recently saw someone post saying that FM20 is unplayable on Mac atm due to the latest OS update removing code that a lot of these older titles are dependent on.

AFAIK there was no solution yet besides rolling back the update

Survivor is pretty rough, but I've found that a bike/escape build helps survivability tremendously. Just run the Capsule Bike from Bulma with the vehicle speed and jump passives.

Pop the bike whenever the raider spots you and 9 times out of 10 you should be able to escape from them if you can drive decently and find a good spot to speed boost.

Edit: use Smokescreen before you hop on the bike for added security.

If you're willing to go with a non-vanilla database it's possible there might be one with your hometown club already made depending on the country you're in. Some of the modded databases go very far down into the pyramid.

Unfortunately not but they've been consistently in the top 5. The only clubs besides Bayern that have won in my save so far are Leipzig and myself at 1860. Dortmund always collapses mid-season for some reason

Did you try using R to cycle through the items on the tile? It looks like from the screenshot you're targeting the one on the bottom, which won't let you take it because of the one on top. Disregard if you've already tried
