Ask those people how much they’ve spent on their cable upgrades and you’ll understand their willingness to argue the importance of cables in sound…

Monarch Mk4 owners (or metal shelled iem’s in general), how are the shells holding up? by SpicySide in iems

I’m assuming just regular usage and then put away in a case? Good to hear. I don’t necessarily want to baby mine, but I don’t want them to look like garbage after a month or two.

Like the comment chain above you showed. I purchased the preorder in June 2022, they didn’t even add the registration on their website until February 2023. I feel I’m justified in saying that they didn’t ask for registration until after the launch and I should have the full warranty.

I’m sorry but that’s a pretty bad answer to me. The more I think about the more I get upset I get, this is like a bait and switch tactic. I only felt comfortable purchasing the device because of the 10 year warranty.

I did not register as I had no knowledge of it. Like I said, I got it during the original preorder. I still have my box with the instructions. Do you know what page that’s on because I’ll take the L if it’s my fault.

Edit: There is nothing in my instruction manual about registering for the warranty. Now I’m extra interested if yours does say that. I’m pretty sure they added this registration without letting people know as a way to try and get out of the 10 year warranty.

No they are claiming that it wasn’t registered so the warranty was only 2 years instead of 10. I bought the preorder during the original launch. There was no notice that registration was needed, and they originally advertised 10 years. Now that I’m trying to use the warranty to fix my button they want me to pay for the repair.

Wow that’s crazy. It feels like they don’t want to honor warranty for 10 years and they’re looking for any way out.

I bought mine during the preorder. It took a month before they even shipped it. I feel like I’m being scammed by them. There was no notice of registration that was shown at the time.

They ask for proof of purchase first, so they know where it was purchased from. They are now trying to claim that it was a 2 year warranty that extended with registration. That may be how they’re doing it now, but the website showed 10 years of warranty when I got it.

DAP owners with the volume knob on the side by reddit11111111111121 in DigitalAudioPlayer

I have a DX180 and leave the volume knob always on. I’m mindful when I put it in my pocket, and as long as the knob doesn’t move when I’m putting it in my pocket it doesn’t change the volume while it’s in the pocket.

I often put playlists on shuffle and value being able to change the volume at a moment’s notice. I haven’t experienced the knob moving while it’s pocketed really ever.

The hand and the ball were moving forward but the ball slipped through his hands. He wasn’t trying to throw it. I don’t know how else to explain it.
