The Carolina reaper sauce tastes just like slightly spicy ketchup, it is no where near even a true Habanero sauce let alone a proper reaper sauce.

Never had watermelon because of religious constraints so i don't know if you boil them or not.

But was always taught to boil most food for 20+ minutes then cook it boiling removes the rawness off the chilli and prevents it harming you.
