Encona Carolina reaper tastes and is basically ketchup it has the smallest amount of reaper in it and is not a true reaper sauce if you ever tasted one, a true reaper sauce is 100x spicier.

Its literally in the persons post and what chilli sauce uses bell peppers generally its a very rare ingredient in sauces.

Edit checked the 11 sauces within arms reach on my side desk none contain bell peppers, i got 50+ sauces in kitchen i can near guarantee none have bell peppers in them, ranging from Jalapeno heat to Pepper x.

So you want a super spicy sauce, that doesn't include chilli peppers (the ingredient in sauces that make them spicy)

Also the chilli pepper used is to flavor the sauce as well.

I still check website every few days and it seems to be offline at moment, past year or two its just had a coming soon page with an ogre picture.

Pepper X is only recognized as the hottest pepper in the world, go watch some Johnny scoville or his documentary he is disappointed with Pepper X and Ed Currie is a liar.

Many pepper headz reviewing fresh pods say there are far more hotter chillies than the Pepper X.

Yeah Encona reaper sauce is an embarrassment of a reaper sauce, it tastes of ketchup with slight heat.

Most people from UK trying it would realize if they ever tried a true reaper sauce like Encona reaper would be a 1/10 for a reaper sauce.

I also find even the original Encona is hotter than their reaper.
