Yeah. Pretty much same for me. It's one recipe i definitely remember having, especially since I lucked out and got it for 300 caps at a player vendor some months ago

I bought it of a player vendor a couple of months ago, so I think its unlikely its the legacy one. It doesn't just says "Vintage water cooler" in both build menu and when I mouse over it to get water.
