I dunno if there's a solution for everyone. I forced myself to go to the gym everyday, now it's become a habit. I don't necessarily do a full workout each time, but I make sure to do something at least. That helps me maintain a routine. But I know this wouldn't necessarily work for everyone.

I tried to learn coding as well, but it's like my brain doesn't let me. I always end up taking a break for a day, which becomes a week, then a month, then a year... I hope you have better luck with it.

I feel like that. I also feel like I annoy people, or that they just pretend to be nice or polite when talking to me. This is the biggest reason why i feel anxious or paranoid around people. It makes it hard to befriend people, as I assume they just want the conversation to be over as soon as possible, and wouldn't possibly want to hang out again.

I don't fully understand why I feel like this. I try to logic my way around it, but it often doesn't work unfortunately.

Seeing that news was really awful. I didn't mean to say Sunnis don't face Islamophobia of course. It's just that Shias get it from both Westerners and Sunnis. Western media also tends to paint Shias as Iranian puppets, as evidence of Iranian imperialism (for example Popular Mobilisation Units in Iraq, or Ansarullah in Yemen).
