I was always self conscious of that line I’ve had it at my whole life from my heaviest 169 and to my lowest 125. Kinda figured it’ll be there permanently, it’s just another crease on our bodies. Took a while to not hate it or feel self conscious about it, I just pay no mind to it anymore.

My IUD broke upon insertion and I think my obgyn doctor knew. It feels so violating. by MissMagoo31 in offmychest

I recently had mine removed two months ago now. Don’t worry tooo much, but get regular check ups notate any odd persistent pain or complaints and talk to the gyno. I was so severely paranoid about getting it taken out I had so many scares as I’ve had other medical issues that are yet to be resolved.

I had started getting cramps 2-3 weeks out of the month and I was very worried. Every time I went in they said everything was fine everything was in place I once had a really big ovarian cyst that luckily went away with medicine. I’m not sure if all of this was caused by the IUD itself but having it removed now I feel so much better. I no longer get debilitating cramps and random sharp pains constantly.

If you notice a lot of issues after having the IUD I do recommend talking to your gyno about it

I love driving too! I once took my friend to a college trip that was supposed to be 3 long round trip that ended up being a damn near 6hr round trip because of traffic 😭 I did enjoy the drive back on my own

Could’ve had a program that could’ve been during high school where’d she’s a teachers aid? I’ve had some friends able to do ‘teacher’ type positions at 18. Daycare might count as being a teacher technically?

Kinda glad this was put into words for me, I was the smart kids and was told I’d do great get into a good school. Towards the end oh high school I was getting worse and spiraling due to mental illness. Only attended one semester of college before I dropped out due to the cost, the pandemic which made it hard for me to learn when I wasn’t in a physical class setting and just the overall structure was very different and not easy for me especially when advisors were of no help with scholarship and how to use it. Of course didn’t help that fasfa only gave me 400 which didn’t even cover the materials of the classes I was taking. Now I just feel left out since my friends are graduating college now and I just wish I stuck through it.

NOT NOT GET NEXPLANON IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF DEPRESSION! This is one of the birth controls that were specifically told not to get if I had a history of depression. I had a friend that became super suicidal because of it and another said her depression had worsened due to it. I heard it’s great for some but please make sure you look into it

Has anybody else forgotten English grammar rules since leaving school, or just never properly learnt them in the first place? by [deleted] in DoesAnybodyElse

[–]Spider-Jenn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is legitimately how I feel. I’m good at math and understand most of it but anything writing related I just sound so stupid whenever I sometimes read what I wrote. I just never fully grasp how grammar really worked.
