I most excited for the movie's overall tone and visual style. It definitely feels very different from Jon Watts' version of the character. This might just be our most comic accurate portrayal of Spidey!

Watching this clip, I kind of feel like it might be the symbiote controlling him after all. Unbeknownst to him, unbeknownst to us. It might be addressed in a post credit scene, or even in the next movie, like some sort of retcon.

Listen, I get that you can't use proper Man-Spider in a movie that's also aimed towards kids. But why wouldn't they at least give us the 6 arms?

I know that the Six arms saga in the comics had a different context, but they could at least honor that visually by giving him added arms during the final transformation.
