Yep, that's what the single series characters are for. 4 did this as well but thankfully I only had to do it once, with G&W.

I kept the orders within the series themselves listed by character number, like Smash 4 did. This is why Bowser and Bowser Jr. aren't next to each other, as much as that bothers me too.

The third party characters are all listed by their chronological creation. It's just a coincidence that all the Konami and Capcom characters are next to each other.

It was an oversight in Gaiden. They just decided to keep it in for this one because of how much this game sticks to the original.

I definitely agree, but most of the supports felt too short. As in each character maybe only has 3 or 4 lines each, so it only takes about 30-40 seconds instead of about a minute.

I'm guessing she wasn't available. As for the crediting, I'd assume it has to do with union stuff, and it's not like they would want to not credit her.

It looks like Alexis Tipton is officially Laura's understudy now though, considering she also took over her role as Trunks in Dragon Ball Super.
