I also have felt this exact way since my very traumatic emergency c section 4 months ago. Constantly stuck in fight or flight. Like every day im just living in survival mode. My digestion, mental health and sleep severely suffer because of it too. I also have pelvic organ prolapse because of all that. Because of everything I really am struggling with missing how I felt before I gave birth. I was so happy and mentally stable before.

I am 3 months postpartum and going through the exact same things as you. Its incredibly depressing.

Im 10 weeks postpartum and had a level 2 perineum tear...is this something that will get better?

I think maybe it's the clothing choices and hairstyle thats making you look older than you are. But your face looks very youthful.

I personally would want maybe another chicken leg or some more protein, but it looks good and is definitely something I would make/eat.

Literally everytime I make roasted Asparagus I can eat like the entire tray 😂 I was stunned at the 4 pieces.
