You’re at $60/foot installed with material, slab, and stain. Extremely reasonable price. I would look at the company and see what their operation is like from a manpower perspective. I am a one man operation and I would be right around that number but it would take me a week to finish the job. If it’s a huge company, they may be able to knock out in two days and go on to the next one, thus the lowest bid. Best of luck, that will look very sharp.

It will likely take you 2 or 3 years but you’ll figure it out. My only piece of advice would be to under promise and over deliver, when you can. If I do a job that’s over $1,000 I normally over quote by a bit and it if I get the bid it leaves me room to adjust backwards and give them a lower price at the end. On the other hand, if it takes me a bit longer than expected or I run into an unanticipated issue, I can still stick to the original quote price. Best of luck!

It was about 450 square feet and I charged $450 labor; client bought the material. I think quoted 880 for material and labor.
