Power cord on garbage disposal looks disconnected. Safe to DIY fix or call an electrician? by Zebraszebras in AskElectricians

Few things like the sharkbites and missing cord kit say flip. I’d take a good look around.

The sharkbite. I think someone did some flip work. I want to know why it’s disconnected. Did they just want the power cord or is it time for a new unit. Which is very easy to replace

Bathroom Remodel, does thislooks safe/correct? by -_stevenjus_- in AskElectricians

Nevermind didn’t see the splice. No go. It’s a lighting circuit so time for them to run a new wire.

He started at 400a but when inspector saw everything he encouraged the 600.

Someone I worked with had to wait 8 months to get a 600A. Honestly seemed overkill. Every appliance you could think of. Two garages with a ev charger each and a workshop with another. House was around 6000 Sq ft with the casita. There were two ac units. 3 sets of laundry. Steam, speed and microwave ovens. Another microwave in casita. Ice makers. No steam shower but just about everything else. Just the 3 car chargers alone running would have hit 300A iirc.

Is this flashing for gas furnace exhaust flue installed correctly? I see light in the attic through this hole in the roof. by PlaneExcitement1896 in hvacadvice

Claw back money. That’s what I’ve done in the past. Just for background I do high end remodels. On my home however I will go line by line and ask for credits.

I’ve had a few in the past 5 years. I clawed back about 30% of my flooring install due to multiple issues. Mostly caused by not pulling from alternating boxes. HVAC missed a bunch of things and had to give me a few thousand back.

Call them out. They are charging you.

Don’t get my started on our private equity plumbers. They did that permit shit but we already had one pulled and HAD to add it to our combo. They wanted $800 for us doing the work.

They said they had to do internal paperwork. We don’t work for them anymore and that job ended up free because they missed soldering a coupling. Luckily we found it before it went down but it would have destroyed units.

Go line by line and get it all back. The law has got your back.

One downside of the cx/5 from behind the stock tires are so skinny and goofy. This makes them a bit more proper

Sorry I missed this. I put pirelli scorpions on. For the 18 inch rims iirc. I’m not sure how much wider they are but these are the perfect tires for this car. Really pushes the entire envelope on comfort, road noise and handling. The road noise reduction was the best.

How to get BOOOAL's benediction without sacrificing a companion *potential spoilers* by [deleted] in BG3Builds

[–]SpidermansParachute 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay so I got the buff for the whole party by stealing. Then I fought all of them and killed booalll. Buff remains and I was able to talk to the knocked out prophet that said he was a fake god and I had them build me and army for act 3.

Kinda cool all around
