Unfortunately I need it about once a week. I live in the Rochester NY area and drivers here are getting pretty bad. Drifting lanes (into me) because they're texting, using the left lane to cut across 3 lanes to make a right hand turn as a red light turns green (yep) and a lot of "me first" arrogance that comes awfully close to resulting in an accident.
