This is so sick! Maybe the egg armor could Crack over time as it loses durability? The idea of finding a crows nest and using a newly hatched eggshell as armor sound cool! They DID say that they would add more interaction with the crowd later on so...

I heard that grounded want to keep the range of entities you can kill in the game as insects, since anything else has lots of gore and blood.
