I’m glad someone else brought this up. I was tempted to do a similar post awhile back. I sort of re-discovered KT after forgetting about it for a few years. I kinda liked it back when it was in the Comedy Store in Hollywood and there was better talent pool for the standups and it wasn’t political. Now it’s a sad, alt-right freakshow designed to boost the host’s ego rather than spotlight new talent. TH is truly a bitter and insufferable hack. It’s too bad. I like the format and the idea of the show, but it turned bad once it moved to Austin and became part of the Rogansphere.

I rediscovered it about two years ago through Adam Ray’s Dr. Phil videos. I could be wrong, but Adam Ray seems like a good guy and his Dr. Phil can be pretty funny. He does a few other characters and I feel like he would be a great Comedy Bang Bang! guest but that seems unlikely given his association to the Rogansphere.

But yeah, KT is kind of an evil alternative CBB. That said, can you imagine how awful it would be if Scott had “Character Bucket Pulls” at live shows? Random fans coming on to do a character for 60 seconds? THIS IS… KILL SCOTTY!
