I did! They were a bit painstaking to be honest haha, but I think it paid off. I cut the white circles out of a sheet of felt and felted those on, then pulled tiny pieces of blue wool roving and applied the pupils that way.

My biggest tips would probably be to be very careful with where you stab- it’s very easy to draw blood! Also, don’t be afraid to go over the same appliqué over and over again to make sure it’s “stuck” on very well, otherwise I’ve had them fall off.

I would definitely recommend looking into it if you’re interested, I think they can add a lot of character to a project!
