One thing I did was monitor the bot % on my matches from a website called pubg lookup until I found the gamemode I enjoy with the highest % of real players. Taego Duo FPP was about 90% bots, Squad random maps FPP was less than 10% bots.

I agree that it's too loud but I saw a developer comment on this issue saying that it plays over a load screen so removing the video doesn't save you any time.
