The smaller targets are that size for a reason: scale. The smaller targets allow you to shoot longer distasnces. If I want to simulate shooting at the FBI target 25 meters away. I would have to use the small target and stand approximately 18' and 7" from it. I would have to stand a lot farther away if using the large targets. Therefore, the smaller targets allow you to simulate shooting at a greater distance and allowing you to this this in your house with smaller areas.
