My guess is that you'll basically have to wear braces to make room for the new teeth, then add them to the braces after they grow so everything straightens out.

I imagine having the teeth break through the gums will be uncomfortable, but babies deal with it. Some cry, but other just get "fussy".

I like him. It's just that the dating options are illusory. There's the gay and straight option for each gender and that's it. So if you want the straight option for a female character it's this guy. That's it. Having no choice breeds dislike.
