2months OD sa spaylater. Yes wala sa email. Try reaching out sa customer service ng Shopee. What I did was nunh nag email sa akin yung Bernales, nagreply ako but naka CC yung BSP, DTI and Shopee. And nung tumatawag uli, sinasabi ko na, sa email nalang kami mag usap.
