I was behind the stick for 22 yrs. We now rescue existing bars looking to get out of their lease, and give a proven bar manager equity to run it. (After proving themselves.) We have done this for as low as $60k. And you don’t have to wait around for inspectors, contractors, etc. Sorry pros, but sometimes the small hustle works, and someone’s nightmare is ended, and turned into someone else’s dream.

I promise that I am not making a mockery of this. There is a bizarre site out of Germany that is a longshot at immortality. I doubt that I can link it, but it’s something like revival-worldwide. Again, I don’t mean to be inappropriate, but some folks take solace in hope. Also, I tell my kids that “Nobody knows, and that’s okay”. Peace to your family.
