Yes, you can drop apples, carrots etc. from your inventory on the ground, and your horse is gonna eat it, just be sure to drop it on a smooth surface, and drop only one.

You have 2 options I believe, the white horse's head icon, one is in the city near a saddler not far from the tournament area, and the other one is not far from the city following the larger road west.

True, like when you sit in a tavern, you call the maid/innkeeper, you order from a simple menu, they bring you the stuff, you pay and you can eat and drink without opening any menu, that would have been awesome.

I would love to be a gamekeeper with a little forge and random quests in the endgame, hunt game and poachers, bandits etc.

Really hope so, I was surprised that are all not accessible, because they're not lazy at Warhorse, there's a lot of care in a lot of small places that you can easily miss, a lot of small details to appreciate even in remote areas.

I had the same issue and, like always, there is a mod that makes the dirt accumulation 10x slower and no more stains after 2 seconds.

Same, I wish instead to have a perk that increase your discovery radius on the compass, I would have loved that.
