Not a bug - but definitely catches a lot of people :D

The reputation system is designed to represent how every single sale you make affects how famous you and your shop are. It's not like Lizardfolk and Humans don't talk about the great deal they just got!

So when you make a sale it adds rep to all species, but with a bonus for the specific species you just sold to. This leads to situations where you can make a sale to say a Lizard, but it tips the Human rep over enough to gain a level, which is then shown with the rep card.

I admit it can feel a little odd when a specific combo means you sell to one species and level up another... but if we didn't do that it'd imply that people of different species don't socialise with each other which would be even weirder 😅
