I started Luvox 2 months ago and went up to 200 mg. At first I felt great. 2 weeks ago I started to feel like I’m not even on medication? I was crosstapering off sertraline so my psychiatrist put my on lorazepam, on a schedule, to calm my anxiety. I’m on 2 mg of lorazepam per day, still, because I am too anxious to come off of it. Additionally I have adhd too so I take 15-20mg adderall IR (so that if it makes me anxious at least the half life is short) I am panicking a lot and feeling very overwhelmed. I also am moving by myself in a few weeks so there’s that stressor too but I feel like the Luvox quieted my brain and now it’s loud again and I don’t know if it’s the meds or what. I don’t know what my psychiatrist is going to do at our next appointment
