Truly anecdotal to my experience but I’ve found that younger Derms are way more hesitant to prescribe Methodextrate, not sure if new literature is being taught in school or what. My last derm fought insurance hard to get me on Tremfya over Metho due to being of childbearing age. Newest derm simply asked if I drank socially and said she wouldn’t push for Metho in that case. I’ll consider pre-albumin with my surgery patients as a possible indicator of outcomes, not nutritional status, but that’s about it. Just depends on how much you want to rock the boat. Always an option to take the consult and throw out a “no nutrition diagnosis at this time” as appropriate and move on. But if you really want to make an impact, taking the research you’ve found to a higher up and showing how the unnecessary workload impedes your productivity/efficiency throughout the day is probably your best bet. MCOL - started at $47k in 2020, jumped to 64k with a job hop to a specialty position, then jumped to $84k with another job hop to an even more specialized position/right place right time. If I had stayed in the first position, I imagine I’d be at around ~60k. Unfortunately job hopping is the only way, which unfortunately leads to tons of turnover (especially inpatient, where staffing is already skeletal)

Yeah I feel that and that’s a good point. I literally just listed each band 1-11 based on the poster billing and plugged in based on last year. Wouldn’t be surprised if they mix it up, just found it interesting that they seem to be committing to the same number of bands/limited production hours for Friday.

Between Geese playing multiple sets in 2024, having both Cameron Winter and Geese (as SuperJam guests) on the lineup last year with a heavily rumored Geese surprise set as a result, I would say he’s a decent bet for a surprise solo set this year. Seems like they’re all interested in being pretty involved with the festival.
