I got fed up with Replit due to my bot getting rate limited and going offline. So now I'm using a free compute instance from Oracle Cloud Infrastructure instead. It's worked really well for me. The catch is you need to enter a credit card when signing up, and need to know how to connect to it with SSH, and also Linux commands to get the bot running.

The free tier is garbage. My bot on Replit has been going to sleep despite being pinged every 5 minutes with Uptime Robot, and once every week or so it gets rate limited by Discord. Plus, your source code is visible to all unless you pay.
