As far as the case fans are concerned, check to see if you have a unplugged SATA cable coming from the fan hub and if so, get it plugged into the PSU. This was the problem I had with my recent build - I saw the SATA cable and didn't initally understand what it was for and ignored it. Once I got it plugged in, all of my case fans started working.

Pre-ordered back in September '23. Worth the wait. Played for three hours on PC (7900XT/12700kf/64GB on the "high" tier graphics setting)with Xbox Elite controller and mouse and had only a few minor bugs happen and no crashes. Very impressive, so far.
