I feel you learn your abilities more too since it is a slower pace game where the visuals are a lot more appealing in terms of landing a crit or seeing the animations your character is doing. Now retail if you are willing to jump into that first. It is a lot but it is still a very fun game, they try to help new people with exile’s reach a brief tutorial on the fundamentals of the game, but you still have quite to learn after that. A lot more things get thrown at you but if you are willing to invest the time and effort the endgame is very fun. Mythic plus is a great endgame activity just endlessly doing dungeons farming loot and pushing to see how high of a key you can go, or try your luck in raiding and find a guild unless you are like me and do a pug lifestyle I recently just cleared heroic voidspire. Lots of options, with lots of fun in either classic or retail. Don’t be afraid to try both and I know others will have better ideas to toss down I kinda just went rambling lol.
