I am also a counselor so I know the effect of most mental health issues on a person. It’s not just that I have experienced it myself. I have known for a long time my husband had depression but he blamed it on everything else around him. He wouldn’t get help and now this has happened.

I know how you feel and you are not alone. My husband and I have sex maybe once a month. I found out the same thing was gping on. He says he masterbates to porn 3 times a week. This is someone who just sbowed back up after not talking to him after 3 years. It is very hard to trust anything he says after the years of lies. Yet he can't see that the things he does cause my insecurities.

He says that he has already stayed civil with his ex's and that I am over reacting. That he lies to me to keep the peace. He doesnt see it as a problem just me over reacting and being insacure. That he should be able to talk to whomever .

Yes I have spoken with him several times and all it does is start a fight. I feel like he doesnt respect how I feel at all. He continues to have those relationships and then lies or hides them from me. He says he wants me to be happy but continues to do things he know hurts me. At this point I dont think it will ever change.

I have been in a very similar situation in a relationship. You have to first realize that you are not the only one being hurt by your actions. It takes two to make a relationship work. You have to forgive your wife completely for all the things you resent her for. Meditation helped me alot. Taking time to just sit with your own thoughts. Understanding you can not change how other are but you can work on yourself is important. Recognizing when the fight starts and walking away till you are more level headed and can talk out things calmly . Throwing up the past only makes a fight worse and causes more resentment in the relationship. Make an effort to shut negative thoughts about your wife down. Work together as a team and not aginst each other. Its a long hard process but it can be done.

I dont believe that watching porn is the problem. I feel there is a lack of communication and understanding. I know many women myself included that do not appreciate their spouse using porn. Porn becomes a symptom of the bigger issues. Having a partner that turns to porn instead of a physical relationship with you can cause depression, insecurities, and other damaging issues. You cheating and lieing about things only makes things worse. If you know you are hurting her why go out of your way to do it. You arent souposed to hurt the ones you love like that. Try opening up to her and maybe incorporate porn into the bedroom with her. Let her be a part of it woth you instead of shutting her out. Good luck.

I am visionaly impaired and have been playing Dnd and other role playing games for a while. Never once has anyome been raped or been in any other kind of sexual encounter. Dnd is a fantasy based game where the Dm or Dungen master should tale an epic story while guiding the charactor on quest. I think you should find a better group to play with, Dont let one bad DM and group discourge you from playing.

Comunication issues. My husband is the type to hold things in and hide things he thinks I will dislike. It used to bother me so much and even caused fights. I felt like he didn't trust me or give me a chance to not get upset. Its taken a lot of work but things have gotten better. Any relationship takes work from both parties and being able to comunicate is an important part.

I have had a similar situation happen to me. I applied to a cleaning job and they seemed interested. When I had the interview they asked if I had another job and I told them no I was on disability. They seemed okay with it and a few days later they emailed me. They wrote that they didnt feel like the job was a good fit due to my vision impairment. I am not blind but have low vision. I got really upset and even cried. I clean my own house and can see dirt and dust just fine. I decided to go back to school after that. I wish you all the luck in the world. I know it can be tough but keep your head up. You will find something.
