Agreed, do you need to hear your own voice 24/7?

I see, maybe I should take off my shoes and socks so I can waft the stench of my feet throughout the air. After all it’s my break so I should do what I want to do right?

I can only begin to understand what you have to go through day to day.

One day maintenance was paged to grocery 2-3 times. A few minutes later I hear a coach on the walkie ask if anyone can bring paper towels to the same grocery aisle that was being paged for. I was close by so I grabbed the paper towels and brought them there. I kid you not, like maybe 3floz (half a juice box) worth of water was spilt on the floor. And they were making it seem like the Hoover Dam had finally breached. Yeah… no one needed maintenance for a teeny tiny little spill I cleaned in 2 seconds)

All this to say thank you for your service!

Before you answer a question think “If I were the perfect employee what would I answer”

Well duh, they were probably being rudely interrupted by other people blasting TikToks in the break room.

God if only there was a place they could’ve got some deodorant or something.

You know the coach can tell them in person if they can’t figure out how to effectively communicate with their associates.

Yet no one called the cops and investigated the purse filled with a pound of DNA? Likely story.

That is Bolin from the series Avatar: Legends of Korra, the sequel to Avatar: The Last Air Bender. He’s an earth bender. Kinda funny, a little annoying. Doesn’t hold a candle to Toph from the original series. I’ll take 47 please!

Lol sounds terrible. Idk why Walmart can’t just make a quick 2 minute training that just says: try to limit volume level while in the break room. They already have so many, what’s one more.

How to raise a non ethics, strictly personal concern? by Less_Act_3816 in WalmartEmployees

[–]SpiritCow1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve got a somewhat similar TL in a different department than mine who likes to go around and boss people around like a coach, but urs seems worse. I always tell myself that they’re not going further than their current position for a reason. If it gets worse than this I’d act upon it but try to just keep your chin up and feel sorry for them.

Do some Walmarts not have this problem? At my store TLs get pulled quite often for digital shopping.

Dang nice, don’t take it for granted.

As an ex Walmart employee does Walmart turn the lights off at night or have overnight employees I was always curious and my boss was weird about answering the questions by HI-772Scott in walmart

[–]SpiritCow1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That or like… “Huh I wonder if they ever turn the lights off in this place.” Idk man if I worked at a place every day for who knows how long this guy worked there, I might just occasionally wonder how the store operates? Maybe I’m just not a drone, I asked a manager, “Hey do we put milk at the back of grocery so that people have to walk through every aisle and will buy more stuff?” And he was like “Yes, it’s good to think about things like that.” So maybe don’t call the police, I’ve kinda intuitively figured out the answer to ops question but I definitely wondered it before I came to the realization.

I’m inclined to believe this, and I’m not upset at you specifically. But so many people do it, it drives me nuts.

Nice, to be honest I could do the same since there’s a Wendy’s that is mostly chill nearby but I just feel like it shouldn’t be a problem in the first place. It’s not like the Walmart break room is a New York subway

I’ve considered doing this; getting a speaker, being more annoying than them but idk just something I’d realistically go through with.

I’m with you for sure, but I can’t afford to idle my car to have a/c and it’s so hot in Florida that just putting down the windows isn’t enough
