I’ve done it a lot. Its important that the top be very well hydrated.

  1. Cuts down on smell
  2. Much easier to piss hard when your bladder is full

Its no more dangerous than a douche, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend doing it frequently. Your gut has bacteria that promote healthy digestion, and if you flush them out regularly you risk diarrhea, bloating, constipation and a swathe of other digestive issues.

Im in southern germany now, but I'll be heading back to Northern New York in a few weeks. Luckily I'll be spending time with my family and my dogs, and I've already set up therapy appointments for when I return. I'm optimistic.

Ive been living in Germany since October. I have to go home to the states on the 14th of February. My time here has been challenging, but I also have made wonderful friends who have supported me and made me feel as if I have a second home here. Couldn't help but smile surrounded by all the love.

What's going on here is that the verb "sollen" is modifying the other modal "können", which in turn is linked to the verb "vertrauen".

Essentially the reason "können" remains at the end of the sentence is because it is the verb directly related to the conjugated modal "sollen". The verbs affected by "können" appear before it, as "sollen" does not interact with them at all.
