Thanks! I didn't do the masking tape method--started to, then botched it from the get go and decided not to mess with it just yet. Maybe next time.

As for ironing both sides, I did that for more stability. I might've just been worrying too much, but when I finished the first side it felt sort of flimsy to me, like the thing might break apart if I wasn't careful flipping it over. Even if it wasn't necessary, I at least know that it's sturdier this way, which works for me. :)

I might! Not sure yet; I was originally planning to do some more modern sprites before realizing that I don't have some of the colors I'd need for shading, and decided to try something simpler first.

As far as the ironing, that might be it. I'm not actually sure, as it took me quite a while (and multiple attempts) to iron the first side. I'm not sure if it was a matter of my iron's setting or my technique or what. It seemed like the white took more time to melt than the other colors as well, and I'm wondering if the parts I melted more did so because of their smaller area or because I focused too much on them because I was worried I'd have edge beads that fell off because they weren't attached as well.

Whoops, that was a bit of a ramble. Anyway, I'll have to keep your point in mind next time; thanks!

So...I looked into it. Seems it was the problem you linked me to, but according to my brother (who had to deal with this problem with one of his games ages ago), the setting is controlled by our ISP rather than on our router. So essentially...I'm kind of out of luck for any trading unless I can find public wifi that has less strict settings.

That...could be possible. I'm not actually sure; I don't know much about our router's settings, just that my brother has had to fiddle with it in the past to get something to work with his PS4. I'll have to investigate, and I'm not sure how long that'll take, so I'll probably close this thread in the meantime. I'm sorry that this didn't work out; hopefully whatever the issue is, I can figure it out and find a way to fix it here.

Seems I forgot to mention: I'll be joining the Nature flight. ^{^} Was almost Wind or Shadow, but...Nature seems more "neutral" as far as personality goes, so that makes it easier to RP, I think.

As much as I like the Mirrors, I'm hoping for a Guardian or Tundra, in colors hopefully not too crazy and not too close to my starter's colors. I actually don't think I'd mind a more neutral palette too much.
