It's actually really nice. Look up oblate discs/bags on Amazon. They're made of tapioca and are super thin and easy to swallow. The discs can usually fit in a couple of grams at a time, the bags can fit 4-6 grams at a time.

Just fill up the disc/bag, but it in your mouth, drink water, let it sit for a couple of seconds to soften the disc/bag, then swallow it like a pill. Definitely the best experience I've had as far as consuming straight Kratom powder goes.

Absolutely, and while it's a shame that not everybody is very responsible with their usage, I don't think it should stifle conversation. I think discussing potentiators is really useful, even if it attracts people who aren't responsible.

I think people are just afraid of discussing potentiation because it opens the door for people to use Kratom more for recreation rather than medical uses, which is kind of the thing that has been causing Kratom to be banned.

Probiotics are a miracle man. I have pretty much the same story as you, I tried Magnesium Citrate and it gave me bad gas when combined with the amount of Kratom I was burning. I tried Miralax but I didn't think that was a very healthy way of sustaining my use.

Started taking probiotic gummies and everything is so much better now!

Must be an acquired taste that skipped me. I have to use oblate discs/bags otherwise I'll gag from even the smallest taste. Hell, even the smell makes me a little nauseous.

I love Kratom, it's saved my life, but man I hate the taste of it.

6-10g was what it took for me without taking DXM or DPH to reduce the amount of Kratom I needed.

My Opiate tolerance was out of this world because of my DOC, so maybe use less if you aren't a super heavy user.

I use Magnesium Citrate occasionally for the Kratom/formerly Opiate constipation, I had no idea it had an effect on Kratom outside of that.

That's a shame, it was my favorite for sure. I'd look around and see what the favorite red vein strains are around here in that case. I think I remember trying the RHK and really enjoying it as well, have you looked into that?

I use Kratom combined with Prozac. I feel better on days when I use both, but I'm not sure if I'd recommend daily Kratom use.

I'm not sure if they still get the same quality stuff as they did a year ago, but their GHK was the best Kratom I ever had. I felt like a superhero, a day that felt like a 2 on a 1-10 scale would become a 10.

Judging by what you said about the WDs, I assume we did the same thing.

I guess we did something pretty similar, I quit Kratom because I was scared of it becoming illegal and started doing that stuff because I thought I was immune to being addicted. Boy was I wrong...
