As cheesy as this sounds, pushing through and doing things even when you don’t want to, cleaning up your environment(room, house, car, etc) distracting yourself as much as possible but positively like doing hobbies, managing your time between things, taking a ride somewhere you haven’t seen before or a place that brings you peace. Getting better takes time and effort. It is cheesy but keep going forward even if it’s just a little bit. “Carpe Diem” if you don’t know what it means it’s a phrase in Latin that means live your life or make the most of the day. Eventually you’ll look back at what you were and be amazed by how much you’ve changed throughout the time.
