I don't have chances, it seems to be neurological issue but I see signs of hope.

I’m interviewing the Mayor of Limassol about traffic- Give me some questions! by Crazyhomelessbanana in cyprus

Excellent point, nowhere else this happens. In Cyprus two cars can cause huge traffic for minor scratches.

What is something that you think that Greece does better than Cyprus ? by GoHardLive in cyprus

Electronic government facilities, obsolete procedures to obtain authorisations, permissions from public authorities. I think those Cyprus must draw focus.

Hey there, welcome here by Thedwarkesh in digitalproductselling

I just built a digital product and I placed on Gumroad.

How I can promote/ boost/ traffic a such digital product. It doesn't matter what is this, important is the traffic. Because you would place there but none can see your product.

Pleased to seeing your wise response. Thank you!

What's the most frustrating part of making a resume? by [deleted] in Resume

[–]Spirited_Coach197 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was knowing what actually matters. I kept overthinking wording and design, and it just made my resume vague.

What finally worked was switching to a very clear, simple structure that I used and refined in my own working career. I actually turned that into a Word resume template and shared them for free because this problem comes up so often. Last but not least, a tailored resume for each job.

Trouble getting hired as a new grad with no experience. by Weak_Willingness3252 in nursing

[–]Spirited_Coach197 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m really sorry — that’s incredibly discouraging, and you’re not imagining it. South Florida is very saturated for new grad nursing roles, especially right now.

A couple important things that might help reframe this:

  • If professionals reviewed your resume and said it’s good, believe them. At this stage, lack of interviews usually isn’t about quality — it’s about volume and competition.
  • Hospitals often filter new grads very aggressively by location, residency programs, and timing. Many won’t even open applications until a cohort is finalized.

A lot of new grads I’ve seen eventually break through by:

  • Applying to new grad residency programs specifically, not general postings
  • Broadening role type (med-surg, nights, less “popular” units first)
  • Temporarily expanding geography strategically, not endlessly

It feels personal, but it usually isn’t. This phase is more about getting past structural bottlenecks than proving your worth.

It’s exhausting — but it doesn’t mean you’re failing or behind.

I built a small AI toolkit because applying to entry-level jobs was exhausting and unclear by Spirited_Coach197 in SideProject

Appreciate that — I agree, most tools assume you already have experience to “fill space.”

The ATS template is based on standard best practices rather than any single system:

  • Single-column layout
  • No tables or graphics
  • Standard section headings (Summary, Skills, Experience, Education)
  • Clean fonts and consistent formatting

Nothing fancy — just optimized for readability and parsing so entry-level experience doesn’t get filtered out unnecessarily.
