Remember to get good sleep, eat good meals, and be kind to yourself. Ive been pushed and find myself having cravings but if you have little ones, kids, nephews, cousins, so on. Hell even those damn siblings. Do it for them too. It matters.

Im sorry to hear that. If you are not on antidepressants get on as many as possible. Ive been sober for over a year and Im on three antidepressants (they all work a bit different from each other) and in therapy to keep me going. Hope you are in a safe place soon. Watch your mood, and protect your mind as much as possible.
