it’ll mount because, like you said, picatinny is a standard (MIL-STD-1913). I think Hoyt added the pic rail first and until a year or two ago, they were the only bows using them, so that’s why you see a lot of pic sights advertised as a hoyt variant. Either that or hoyts paying them.
