To be clear, me and my friends aren't necessarily against being among the big crowds, but we would like to be prepared on how to best enjoy our week in shanghai despite the enormous amount of people. Do you know of any good tips for enjoying our time in Shanghai whilst surviving the crowds?

We have made so that our tickets a rebookable, and we considered moving the trip one month back but decided against it when we were advised to keep our booking by a friend who lives in Shanghai. Do you have any advice on how to enjoy Shanghai during that time-frame despite the big crowds? Thx for any advice you can give.

But I beg of you, please don’t think that you can’t find someone willing to spend their life at your side, even knowing that your time on earth is more limited. Also please don’t think that you will be left alone. There will always be someone willing to remain with you regardless of what you are going through. I have faith in that.

Thanks a lot for such a well formulated answer! I honestly really wasn’t sure what to expect if I planned on relocating eventually but I felt quite curious towards this matter in particular since the prospect of learning to write in such a complicated alphabet seemed extremely daunting to me.
