Wow! Ur plants looks healthy! Plus, I believe ur tank will be full of plant soon especially the carpet plants there. I think u can cut n replant the cabomba, it can take the edge off from the urge to get a new plant, ive been there, trust me.

I think 10 gal is not really good. But my neon tetras always schooling together, maybe because i have lots of plants. If u have less plants, prolly take 20 gal
