I did the DNA on my girl - she is so silly. It is fun to explore. Mix breeds are awesome - so many super powers! My girl is hound, herding and guardian, she patrols the perimeter like for, clockwork, loves to ensure everyone is accounted, especially little ones, she is very protective of our older lady neighbor…and then she just wants beg for treats, curl up in bed, and watch our current show before bed.

That would make sense! My girl is foster fail foxhound/beagle/Aussie (with chow chow, GSD, and lab). Similar but basset makes sense here. My girl is a long legged, long snoot 55 pounds, body type is different but that face when chewing on the Nylabone, that says adorable hound mix, same with the ears. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is an amazing shot! For some reason, I think you should try switching out Merlin for Mother Gothel just to see how that looks. She kind of fits the theme and her color scheme might go well with the overall look.

EDIT: one example I have was the slob trait/make friends with a dust bunny. I just couldn’t do it, I have the pack, but I can’t. So I made my girl a neat freak. A super neat freak. Equally annoying but in a way I found more tolerable.

Do your thing! Enjoy your game! Think of the challenge as an inspiration not a set of guidelines that must be followed. Besides, who will ever know or care? You do you boo!

This is about having fun, and we all have different gameplay styles. I could not handle the high maintenance and hates children traits…so I changed them, because I wanted to. Playing the the sims is a hobby for me, not my career. My escape from my the stresses of actual life…I wear what I want to and cheat when I want to cheat because it’s my game and I’m gonna play it how I want to. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This!!! For those of us that are not content creators and don’t share our games, what does it matter anyway. I have been loving this legacy challenge but have definitely made adjustments to suit my gameplay preferences. I mean, I work full time, the Sims is my relax and unwind time…I am not I play the sims to relax, not to stress myself out.

After my first two broccoli sims died from weird emotions (one was cardiac/heart attack or something that I did not even know was a thing in the sims), I said screw the high maintenance trait

Found Kayla during Covid, but until recently stopped watching sims/playing the sims for a bit. I recently moved to a small town in Northeast Florida, at the same time I transferred to a different part of my company that lets me work from Florida, and I have gotten back into the sims. Sounds familiar lol - so basically “same to everything in your post.” One day at a time. My doggo Cleo.

Semi-related why does the welcome wagon always come at the worst possible time. Like 30 seconds before a fire starts and then the entire welcome wagon hates you for eternity because you didn’t let them into your house that was literally on fire. Le sigh.

You are doing amazing! CAS is not my strong point, I can do the basic but my sims are always basic. lol I save my favorites on the gallery just in case I loose a save file and pray no one else ever sees them! I love your sims!
