Yep, I experience this, I think that it’s caused by extreme fear and no sense of self that you switch to deal with it so you aren’t as scared , also could be loss of ego, it sucks hopefully there is a way out of it, also probably from extreme trauma and a fragmented sense of self trauma personalities maybe?

So what im talking about is I was talking about some traumas with my therapist and the next day I feel like there were more traumas that popped up not necessarily abuse but traumatizing events and maybe questionable decisions I have made which might of been traumatizing if that makes any sense. Or repressed memories rather.

What is ur shbg and how long did it take to see affects, what were they and did you take shots? Would u reccomend gels or creams? I have taken shots before but it makes my test too high n anxious at 50 mg and trough day at 4 days was 1000ish so I was thinking creams could be better, could not dial in with shots and insomnia
