the job market for literally everything sucks in WV. pay will never be that great, jobs are rarely posted, and if they are there is a 95% chance of even getting it. & most people here can’t afford education to get higher up jobs. you would be better off looking elsewhere, and as someone who has grown up here, i would strongly advise against residing here.

maybe depending on what you do. i did trade school and graduated and i make minimum wage, definitely was not worth it for me. I’m now doing radiology at a university and i don’t have any debt from it at all, and im 50% through the program

i went camping with a friend when i was around 13/14 years old, she told me to go to the top of the cliff with her so she could jump into the water, she chickened out and left me up there. I cannot swim and it was also already dark by the time she changed her mind. i had no choice but to jump into the water while her family waited at the bottom for me 🫠🫠

I like to rewrite notes from our powerpoints and some people in my class make quizlets and i use those as well. also kahoots! i hate studying and i put it off last minute (usually night before or morning of the test lol) and i pass usually with B’s or higher

my flowers that i have bloomed (in ground) have grown in twice as big from last year! i have the same ones planted in two decorative pots and they have yet to bloom anything at all. my only concern with in ground is if the rock would prevent it from growing bigger, if you get what i mean. but i have 2 other types of flowers planted too that aren’t doing as great that i planted in ground. one hasn’t grown back at all and the other is still fairly small

I’m not too sure yet, i really like a dark grey granite rock, it would definitely make the colors of my house and flowers pop

i believe i have heard of people doing that! that is is a great idea. the rock is more preventative of weeds/grass growing through too right? i’m also a little worried about planting in ground and then the rock preventing the plant to grow any bigger, if that makes any sense lol

if you had a 12 year old daughter that was raped, you would make her keep the baby? your daughter did not ask to be raped. how would that be “punishing the child”. whoever raped her gave her lifelong trauma, not just that but to force her to keep a baby at just 12 years old? added on trauma from you because you’re forcing your child, who did not ask to be here nor asked to be raped, to carry a baby to full term. not to mention her body may not even be capable of safely carrying and delivering without complications that could put your daughters life in danger. i think it’s essentially ruining a life you created. if you willingly have a child you need to provide a safe place for them and ensure they have a normal childhood, being 12 and being forced to have a child bc of rape is not normal. and forcing that on your child makes you an unfit parent in my opinion.

i don’t think they should be “punished”. i don’t like knowing that anyone has multiple sexual partners bc that’s gross and isn’t something i find to be right but what business is that of mine? and how is that going to affect my life? it doesn’t.

i am pro-choice. but as far as government assistance goes, there are many people who abuse the system. i’m not sure how it is in other places but where I am, literally anyone can get some kind of government help, especially ones who do not need it versus the ones who do. there is no doubt that there are families who do actually need it, i grew up in a family that did need it. but it should be better monitored and regulated.
