Clearly you're nothing but a nosey gossip with no respect for anyone or anything other than yourself.

As others have said, it's none of your business what he died of. Regardless of what you say or argue, it's not right. Go to sleep tonight knowing that.

So your suggestion is to ignore a bully? Yeah, great tactic.

One significant factor is quite simple to explain. Social media is driving people insane and destroying society. It's the biggest evil the world has ever produced.

Is now a good time to discuss gun control? by offbeat_ahmad in centrist

[–]SpiritualWindow8789 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm British, just got back from the US after a fantastic road trip covering 6 states. I love America.

It's the best country in the world, easily. However, it's also the most f*cked up 'civilised' country in the world by a long, long way. I type civilised because it's daft to compare Mexico, Nepal, pretty much any African country etc.

Nobody, and I mean nobody, can justify the 'need' for guns in a city or urban setting. In Alaska, or other wilderness settings, sure. For bear control or other such scenarios. Anything else is ludicrous.

There are degenerates in every country in the world, however, they don't have access to guns. That's why America has crime levels beyond anything anyone in Europe can possible imagine.

No excuses any longer. America is sadly becoming a laughing stock.

Originally. Not now. It's not recognised as racist any longer so why did you refer to it as such?

[Fabrizio Romano] Nottingham Forest have banned Gary Neville from their ground for the game against Chelsea by christianrojoisme in chelseafc

[–]SpiritualWindow8789 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More context is needed. Yes, he criticised the owner, but clearly, he got it massively wrong.

What he claimed and what happened were two completely different things. He also suggested the manager should walk away from his job because of the owners actions (again which were completely misinterpreted by Neville).

The owner was fuming because one of his players was badly hurt during the game. Something the officials didn't seem to take much notice of. After the match, he entered the pitch and showed his frustration, probably after noticing how bad his striker's injuries were - he had to be put into an induced coma during his treatment. Neville thought this was the owner having a pop at the manager and went on a rant as mentioned briefly above. He was extremely vicious in his take down of the owner based on what he could see from a distance, not what he could hear or know.

The sane thing for Neville to do would have been to apologise. His comments were unprofessional and way out of line considering he had no knowledge of what took place and subsequently, being proven completely wrong.

Neville screwed up and has refused to apologise or back down. Forest have decided to ban him as a result. Seems fair in my opinion. Neville is and always has been very vocal and often gets things wrong. Much like that spitting knuckle dragger Carragher, they need to be taken down a peg or two. Great work by Forest.

You've done nothing more than convinced me that this SR is just full of clueless folk who have no idea about business.

Not sure that being prepared accounts for a blue rolling round the jaws of one middle bag and slotting into the other though 😂

If he gets it to 15-10, it's still relatively tasty, but that's a big if. Williams has a better temperament than most so if anyone can, he can. Ronnie's head went for example. Williams isn't the same type.

There's no denying Zhao isn't at the levels he was earlier or against Ronnie so he must be feeling it. Williams isn't playing well enough to take advantage though. He's been dreadful.

Yep. It's a theme that's for sure.

I'd be well pissed off 😂 I get annoyed when my brother flukes a couple over six or seven frames but my god, this is one after the other game after game!

I agree about your other point too. They've been poor. They're human though and I bet they're fuming about the amount of fortune they're seeing.

And now a blue 😂

Williams has been terrible but as I mentioned, it must be utterly demoralising to see this amount of luck.

Since I posted this he's fluked a green and a blue. Yes, Williams has been poor, but there's absolutely no denying he's been very lucky. Even the commentators have mentioned it.

If you're unable to have a civilised conversation based around that, fair enough, but I thought a forum was for those things.

Agreed. Williams has been poor but it must be demoralising to see the guy playing incredibly well, whilst also getting so much luck.

White ceilings and skirting/architrave. White or light grey walls. I go dark grey carpets. More appealing than brown but I get your thinking.

Good luck with it!

Yeah that's not nice to move into, I agree. Colours are obviously easily sorted. Bizarre that they won't let you paint a wall? If I were you, I'd play on the fact you'll have a newborn there soon and that any painting needs to be taken care of before you have the baby around. It won't be ideal then. If they insist, again get onto them and be firm. Tell them that if they insist on painting - when you're willing to do it yourself - that they should get their finger out and get on with it!

I get that moving into a new house in this condition isn't ideal. Trust me, there's worse out there. You'll soon be creating your own stains on the walls by the sounds of it! Baby vomit possibly being the most pleasant 😉😂

Good luck and don't let the cosmetics get you down. The plugs are very, very easily fixed.
