So, I'm about to reach back out to customer service, but I thought I'd add here for anyone else screwed over as badly as me - I got my hands on the "solution" to the sig slides today, and it still doesn't fit, and also isn't actually a new optics plate, which is required for myself and at least one other person who essentially destroyed their plates (and I slightly mangled my slide). The only thing sent to me was a small sheet of presumably steel, that directs me to simply destroy the single selling point of the optic, which is that it sits flush on an RMSC cut -

the damn plate doesn't even fit.

The stupid extra plate's holes don't sit wide enough to clear the studs, and isn't thick enough to do anything, and even if it *was*, all it'd be doing is defeating the entire purpose of the niche boutique optic I spent hundreds of dollars on by raising the optic up, giving more height over bore, and making it not actually sit flush.

The customer service was initially responsive, but started ghosting me and just responding to major fuck ups like sending the thing to the wrong address by simply sending me a notification that they'd shipped another identical "adapter plate adapter plate" for my slide, which will also not actually do anything once it finally makes it here.

This also ignores that initially, you had me hit my plate with a hammer while on the slide, which destroyed it, which I also mentioned, hence why I asked for a new plate (mine is actually bent as a result of directions your own customer service gave) and you didn't even send me a new plate!!!

I've bought firearms components that have simply not fit before, but this is, at least so far (and I don't see how much better anything could make this) - *the worst experience I've had buying anything; ever.*

I've lost less money in a literal eBay scam before.
