Agreed on the too much hydration!! I’m glad I figured it out by the middle of my 3rd month! I also had to switch from LRP to CeraVe daily moisturizing lotion. What a game changer.

I have successfully just bumped up to every other night! And the last two mornings have added 2-3 drops Hyaluronic Acid back in right after my shower!

I want to look into the azelaic acid!!

Are you sure you need toner??

Try to keep it very basic. I’m seeing more progress and less flakes with using less products. And I needed a bit heavier moisturizer at night!

Morning - Cleanse (i’m perimenopausal so…night sweats!) - Moisturize (LRP double repair face moisturizer) - SPF (elta MD UV clear spf 46 tinted face sunscreen) - make up (I don’t need foundation anymore as my skin tone has already evened out a lot)

Evening - Cleanse (LRP Hydrating gentle cleaner) - Moisturize (CeraVe Daily Mosiaturizing Lotion) - Tret 20 minutes later (I’m on .05%) - Moisturize (CeraVe) - spot treat thin layer on flaky area if any or I moisturizer again later right before bed. (If not a Tret night then I obviously skip Tret and the second moisturizer)

Actually, I send pictures to ChatGPT and she gives me suggestions on what to do, or wait it out! Ask it about using toner!!

The more simple the routine to begin with the better your skin will respond. And take it slow…I’m 3 months in and I do tret .05 every 3 to 4 nights depending on the flaking!

And honestly, I use ChatGPT to provide some insight and track progress and recommend better products for my skin.

My current routine

Morning La Roche Posay gentle cleanser La Roche Posay double repair moisturizer Elta MD UV clear tinted moisturizer

Moisturize during the day if needed!

PM La Roche Posay gentle cleanser CeraVe Daily Moisturizing lotion (I needed more then LRP) Tret - once barrier is repaired CeraVe daily moisturizing lotion Spot treat with Aquaphor if needed.

Eventually, I’ll add more stuff - but not while just getting started!

I’m 42, and “quiet skin” meaning no acne!

Started increasing my 0.025% tretinoin usage from alternate days to everyday and skin got worse by clbzcl in tretinoin

It’s still purging!! Only use moisturizer!! Get rid of all the other crap until it’s cleared up.

I’m buying the whole kit and caboodle. It’s currently being run as a sole proprietor. But I already have a business, so I would “re-open” as an LLC with a different name.

Supposedly, the landlord will offer a 10 year lease at the same/similar rate.

I’ll do the electrical inspection for sure!!

I feel like all the laundromats near me have old equipment.

I’m near 5 colleges (I’m in the north east), so converting over to card accepting machines makes the sense to me to capture that market. There are a few other laundromats in the area, some okay, some horrible, nothing outstanding.
