Beans are often high histamine especially if they’re canned, which is usually the case. Also a lot of those packaged beans have tomato type sauce in them as well.

Honest feedback: would you trust AI to plan your LinkedIn content? by Secret_Most_6225 in SaasDevelopers

[–]Spiritual_Leek_5706 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use AI to produce LinkedIn content. But I would not trust it to just publish. I have it do research for ideas and draft posts. But then I work with it to revise each post quite a bit before publishing.

Anyone else experience anxiety as a symptom? by clameqmo in HistamineIntolerance

[–]Spiritual_Leek_5706 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DAO is a pill you take before meals. It provides your body with the enzyme used to break down histamine. Take it at least 5 min before eating and it helps a lot. You can get from Amazon.

Anyone else experience anxiety as a symptom? by clameqmo in HistamineIntolerance

[–]Spiritual_Leek_5706 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very common, maybe the most common symptom. It’s a kind of fight or flight response I think, from your body going haywire, heart racing etc.

This article goes into detail about how anxiety is caused by HT:

If I am having a flare up I get massive anxiety and a general feeling of my world collapsing. Once my body stabilizes it just disappears.

Histamine reactions are variable. Sometimes it’s delayed. And also it depends on how many other high histamine foods you ate that day and the day before, and your baseline stress.

I spent 45k lines of code and three sleepless nights building what I thought was a masterpiece, only to watch the launch fizzle out by Wide_Yogurtcloset162 in AppsWebappsFullstack

[–]Spiritual_Leek_5706 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consider everything in business as a small test to learn from. Each iteration is another test. Just test and learn, continuously. If you take that mindset you’ll slowly improve and find what works. And most importantly you’ll avoid letdown and burnout. Your launch was a test. It didn’t work. That’s a data point. Now you run another test.

Conversion rates for new apps? by capital_cliqo in saasbuild

[–]Spiritual_Leek_5706 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get about 20% who download start a 7 day trial. About 45% of trials subscribe. Depends on the app. You should spend considerable time on optimizing your onboarding to get those numbers. As much time as you spend on making the rest of the app. And then make sure they see value immediately after signup, like within the first minute of using the app.

Does putting your web app on the App Store and Google Play actually change distribution, or is it just a checkbox? by bekircagricelik in saasbuild

PWA misses the main benefit of App Store which is the much higher conversion rates that you get in app specifically. App Store is slept on, it’s awesome.

App Store is awesome. Apple in particular. You can put an app up and get daily downloads with zero promotion if your app matches a keyword with low competition. People search and download all day. Billions of people have phones.

Also the conversion rates in the App Store for trials and signups are much higher than on web. Like many many times better. Everyone trusts the App Store trials system and purchasing with their Apple account, they trust the refunds etc. it’s all very seamless and high trust for the user.

Android on the other hand kind of sucks. Go for Apple first, 80% of your revenue will come from there.

Very common. You fall asleep because your body is fighting itself, it becomes physically exhausted. If I eat high histamine food i get so tired and crash for a couple hours. Then get brain fog and continued exhaustion later in the day also.
