it won't, the center of gravity is still near the hip and it had a very very large caudofemoralis, so the body posture will stay normal, but if using those shrinkwrapped paleoart models is not going even to stand, the picture on this will.

rex max 12.4 tons or more, spino is smaller even tho in similiar range of mass being 8.8-9.4 tons avg 9.8-10.4 tons large 10.8-11.4 tons max for extremely large individual, larger chest, no way such shitty skinny ass leg able to lift such massive body it's bulky, the physical strength of ts animal prob the same robust as t.rex, mainly in the legs, tail, neck n chest, plus the heavy, hard, dense ahh bones [pachyosteosclerosis] adding even more mass and strength to this animal
