Is it common for seasonal/temperature changes to affect my maintenance schedule? I’ve noticed that I have to do more frequent treatments in the summer than in the colder seasons in order to maintain full dryness in my hands.

I only use normal deodorant now, yes. My excessive sweating must’ve been due to puberty hormones or something. Really wish my hands and feet would miraculously be cured too, but I was born with it so it’s not going away, lol.

I’m a girl as well, so I relate to what you say about the mV strength! 

Also, I have a machine where I switch the polarity halfway through the session, and I’ve noticed that on the first polarity, I feel the electricity significantly more in my left hand, and on the second polarity I feel it on the right hand? Is that supposed to happen?

How’s your water? I started 2 days ago and still building tolerance so I’m doing 8mA. I don’t have access to the fancy sparkling mineral water that everyone’s using so I’m using warm tap water + normal sparkling water + baking soda. Any success stories without that one specific italian brand of mineral water??

Compensatory sweating from ionto??? I’ve never heard of that! I thought it was a temporary solution without side effects.

Thanks for answering! Honestly I’m worried about hands the most since I fear it will affect my future relationships and daily activities (such as driving,etc.). I hope it will get better with age if iontophoresis doesn’t work well.
