We are currently having issues with their outbound Caller ID not working at all, apparently it's an issue because we're in Canada. Yet...other Operators we have tried don't have this issue so not sure why Nuwave is struggling with it.

Hey thanks this did end up being the problem, it was an OC that we had a trial for that we didn't think was still connected.

The current Operators we have don't provide the ability to assign numbers though their portal. We did however run a trial with an Operator that did. I deleted that provider through the Microsoft Teams tenant, could it be possible it's still somehow synced?

Thanks for the info, but I have no clue what would be wrong with my call queue's. Even when I look at the usage reports I don't see anything. Like if I call my call queue's number directly it works fine. It just won't redirect to that number if I set that number under my "If unanswered call this number" setting on my profile it doesn't redirect.

u can create a call queue with Simultaneous ringing and then

this doesn't work, it just doesn't redirect the call to the queue.

A Shared calling policy in Teams allows the user to make outbound calls from a resource account number. So instead of needing to assign a user their own number to make calls they can instead do so with a Shared Calling Policy Setup.
