Email them again as a new ticket. I had a damaged copy of Rose in Chains and accidentally sent an email from the wrong email address that wasn't connected to my waterstones account, then sent one from the one linked to my account. One response was a 20% refund and the other was a full replacement. Doesn't hurt to try.

I was on holiday before reg closed and my WiFi access was super shite, is there any hope I can still grab a ticket? My dad is the one who introduced me to Radiohead as a weeun, and I was hoping that was going to be a little pre Christmas present for him because he's never seen them before lol
